MISSION STATEMENT |

To create an atmosphere, where as members of the Local, we encourage Participation, Activation, Communication, and Education. We do these things by attending meetings; becoming involved in some way, the activities of our local; By Encouraging and Promoting the Values and Ethics of our local through Solidarity, Education and the Sharing of Truthful Information. Involving ourselves in political actions by Voice and VOTE so that we can promote and protect the fundamental values of (livable) Wages, (decent and agreeable) Hours and (safe) Working Conditions of the Members Of USW Local #608. |
