CHRISTMAS Help 2008

On behalf of the Executive Board, Standing Committee and Officers of USW Local 608 & 712, a very special thanks goes out to all those involved in the Christmas Help 2008.

Thanks to; but not limited to:  Pat Nunez and Joe Rigney along with Barb Fazenbaker, Dixie Van Leuven, many USW (PACE, UPIU) Retirees', wives, kids, and members so plentiful we can't mention them all. (cause I misplaced the Sign in sheet).

It never ceases to amaze me that, even in the midst of a recession, the sisters and brothers of our USW locals found deep enough pockets to supply 34 families with gifts and food to make Christmas day a day to remember.  
There were over 30 bicycles to delight the hearts of some youngsters in our valley.  Along with wants and needs for all the children. 
Each family received two boxes of food to carry them through the Holy day.
