 “Integrity”

   Clearwater Paper is built on a solid foundation of strong work ethics and values. Our customers, communities and employees know that integrity is one of the key ingredients in the way we do business.

All of our values at Clearwater Paper are put into action everyday in the way we take pride in our quality products; the responsibility we take in caring for the environment; the way we treat our fellow employees; and, providing a workplace where employees are free to share their ideas and thoughts.”

Gordon Jones – Corporate Communications – Message from CEO 1/5/10

“These are exciting times for every employee at Clearwater Paper. In one short year we have built an exciting and vibrant new organization, while preserving the experience and heritage of a century-old company. We did this as a team, and we strive forward to meet our goals and our customers’ goals as a team.

Congratulations again for doing your part to make our new company great.”

Gordon Jones – Corporate Communications – Message from CEO 2/19/10

Those are the words of our CEO and President Gordon Jones.

Now that we, Union brothers and sisters have helped make this “top-choice status” with our customers possible, do we get to share in the feast that our managers are currently enjoying in the form of bonuses and earnings? Will we see any signs of “integrity” in September? Is it really a “team”?

We will find out how much integrity our managers have when we sit down to negotiate a fair contract, one that is rewarding to those who have given up so much to assist this company get leaner.

In his address Mr. Jones outlines seven key objectives;

Grow the business

Optimize how we run the business

Improve profitability

Build a high performance culture

Improve safety

Focus on environment & energy

Leverage quality

We are the key to those objectives.
