Bargaining Update

A MESSAGE FROM USW 608/712 & IBEW 73

We have now finished up with the third week of negotiations with the Company. Trying to work through the economic issues that the Company presented to us is incredibly time consuming and requires careful analysis, so no real progress has been made thus far resolving any monetary issues. At this point we all should be a slight bit concerned as to the path in which the Company is taking.  To us the path looks like they are looking for concessions during a time that the Company is thriving.  Don’t forget they begged for concessions during bad times which we can understand to a certain extent, until they reaped the rewards afterwards.

          We still encourage you all to work safe, we will be out on the floor on Monday the 30^th, & Tuesday the 31^st.  Our next time sitting down with the Company will be the 7^th & 8^th of September, afterwards we have set tentative dates for October 19^th thru 21^st...
